Alderman Peel High School has achieved an 'exceptional' rating for Personal Development and Wellbeing, making it one of the first schools in Norfolk to do so.
Inspectors praised its transformative culture, describing is as a 'welcoming, positive, safe, and happy place for everyone', noting that pupils describe the school’s core values as the 'Golden Halo' because of the profound impact they have on their lives.
Ofsted also highlighted the school's career provision as exceptional, featuring inspiring partnerships with law firms and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) organisations.

Headteacher Matt Hardman, says, "Our pupils told inspectors that the school is a welcoming, safe and happy community, and we are incredibly proud that this reflects their daily experience.
"The report highlights the dedication of our staff, the strength of our pastoral care, the quality of teaching and the broad range of opportunities available to our young people."

"Most importantly, it celebrates our pupils themselves," Mr Harman continues, "Whose kindness, resilience and respect for one another create the positive culture that exists throughout the school.
"We remain committed to ensuring every student feels supported, valued and able to achieve their very best."
