Caroline Robb, who helped save the lives of two brothers struggling in the sea in Hunstanton, is described as a 'guardian angel' by boys' mum
"Do I feel a hero? I just feel did the right thing, I did the right thing."
I meet Caroline along Hunstanton beach, where she recently helped save the lives of two brothers.
"I was on the beach with my dog, chatting to a family, and all of a sudden I could hear this shouting, I couldn't really see what was going on - I saw two figures way out.
"I kept hearing this shouting, and people were saying no it's seagulls, others said it's two lads messing around, but then a few people said I think they are shouting for help."

When Caroline realised they could be in danger she quickly got into the water and managed to reach the elder brother - a 15 year old.
"I starting wading and swimming and I was shouting lie on your backs, stop struggling. I was getting closer to one of the boys, he had a look of terror on his face but he was calm, and I got on my back with him."

She gets emotional when telling me how it felt seeing the other boy, a 12 year old, further out.
"I keep asking myself should I have gone to the other boy first, and I honestly remember thinking this is a decision that I'm going to have to live with for the rest of my life, if the other lad doesn't make it.
"He was shouting please help me I can't swim, and I was shouting lie on your back, stop struggling."

"When I got to the shore I was saying to people I couldn't get the other boy, is he okay? And I think at that point the RNLI were coming.
"I stayed here and watched the helicopter land, and I saw the two boys being carried to the ambulances. And I saw who was clearly the mum, who was obviously in a terrible, terrible state."

Hunstanton RNLI, which sent its inshore rescue hovercraft, says, "The boys were exhausted and had swallowed seawater, but thankfully remained conscious and responsive.
"RNLI volunteers administered oxygen carried aboard the hovercraft and provided casualty care, working closely with Coastguard personnel at the scene. Coastguard Rescue Helicopter 912 also assisted with the rescue, bringing its paramedic to the scene to provide further medical assistance to the two boys."

The 60 year old, who's here on holiday, has been in contact with the siblings' mum since it happened on Friday, "The boys went for a check up, the boys are absolutely fine, the mum, bless her, called me their guardian angel.
"She genuinely believes I saved both those boys lives, whether I did or not I'll never know, but for someone to tell me that - that means so much. We actually live near each other, so we are hoping to meet up."
Caroline may not feel like a hero, but I'm sure she'll get a heroes welcome when the families meet.
